This article is a brief guide on how to resolve the “accept terms” error when completing the campaign creation process in Business Manager.

A very common issue users face when trying to accept the terms for Lead Ads campaigns is a red error message that prevents them from proceeding. This happens because the terms can only be accepted through a personal user profile, not a business page. Therefore, if you try to accept them while logged in through your page profile, META’s system will block the process.
The solution is just 3 steps:
1.In the top right corner of Facebook or Business Manager, check which profile is currently active.
2.Switch to your personal profile.
3. Accept the terms as your personal profile and continue without errors.
Note: Your personal profile must have an admin role on the page or ad account; otherwise, accepting the terms will not be applied correctly.
