<p>A very common issue users face when trying to accept the terms for Lead Ads campaigns is a red error message that prevents them from proceeding. This happens because the terms can only be accepted through a personal user profile, not a business page. Therefore, if you try to accept them while logged in through your page profile, META’s system will block the process. </p>



<p>The solution is just 3 steps: </p>



<p>1.In the top right corner of Facebook or Business Manager, check which profile is currently active. </p>



<p>2.Switch to your personal profile.</p>



<p>3. Accept the terms as your personal profile and continue without errors. </p>
